There are many Internet cafes all around the big cities. More troubles you will have trying to find them in the small towns. Prices depend on the city. As a rule, they are higher at the airports and downtown locations. Just a short way back from the main street and the prices per hour are half as much.
Typical prices range (2010) from 2 UAH ($ 0.25) to 10 UAH ($1.25) per hour. Internet speed may be slow at some Internet cafes since the majority of them are used by local boys for computer games.
