Personal Escorted Tour in Ukraine.

I'm planning a trip to Ukraine 2-12 July (soon!). I'd like to visit Rovno and Cherkassy (not very close to each other I know) and I'd like to arrange a personal tour guide for my ten days in the country.

I'm flying into Kiev...my thought is to meet a guide there and pay for all transportation, food and lodging costs and a salary per day for interpreting. Is that possible?
