According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine
Ukrainian citizens have VISA-FREE REGIME to visit following countries:
Azerbaijan, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Bielorussia, Armenia, Guatemala, Honduras, Grenada, Georgia, Ecuador, Kazakhstan, Kirghizia, Malaysia, Moldova, Mongolia, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Russia, El Salvador, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Uruguay.

Besides that, conditionally VISA-FREE REGIME (Visa can be obtained at the border of destination country) exists between Ukraine and the following countries:
Bangladesh, Haiti, Dominic, Iran, the Dominican Republic, Kenya, Maverick, Paraguay, Serbia, Montenegro.
